today keira was baptized. i was glad to have the whole family there. i would really like to thank mr. jack for being the presenting elder. it means a whole lot to me.

a night with old friends

tonight i went out with some friends from high school. it was really good reconnecting with everyone.

mommy's heels

i don't know where keira's love for shoes comes from, but it isn't me. today i heard clunking and when i went into the kitchen i saw my favorite monster in a pair of my heels. the sad thing is, she can walk better in them than i can.

last football game

tonight was south san's last football game. as usual keira had tons of fun, and they actually won!

trick or treat

tonight was so much fun. keira would go up to the houses say boo and after they gave her candy say thank you. oh yeah we gave keira a fake tatoo. she didn't know what was going on

blue angels

while we were eating lunch today, we could hear the blue angels (the navy airplanes) flying over the house. i took keira outside so that she could watch them fly over the house. she loved it. as they would fly over she would yell, "go." i can't wait to take her to the airshow this weekend.

yummy mexican food

today after church we went to a little mexican restaurant. keira had tortilla chips, rice, and beans. thankfully i had to work and mom got stuck with the diapers.

road trip

this weekend we went up to visit jessica, and see her production. despite the 6 hour drive, keira did very well. jessica's friend, brenda, watched keira so that we could go see the play. it was really good and jess was great.

rockin' the 'hawk

as much as mom doesn't like it, i love to put keira's hair in a mohawk. i think that she looks so cute like that. i'm not into bows and frilly dresses, and her hair is perfect for it. she let's me do it, so why not!

first football game

tonight we went to the south san football game. keira had so much fun, we stayed through the whole game. we had hot dogs, funnel cake, and her favorite, nachos. i was so suprised at how much she payed attention and liked cheering. someone is going to be a cheerleader!!!

first hair cut

i know that she doesn't really have a lot of hair, but it was time for her first hair cut. i was tired of her only having hair on the top of her head. the lady took about four inches off. keira looks so cute with her new hair cut.

pac man

today we took sarah to her dentist appointment. while we were there, keira wanted to play pac man. she loved the sounds the game was making. after the dentist, we went to get her hair cut.

who needs daycare?

after finding out how much daycare is, i was wondering if there were any alternatives. keira showed me one, i could just kennel train her.

big girl room

keira just loves her big girl room. she has a toddler bed (that she doesn't fall out of anymore), cubbies for all of her toys, and her own table. she loves to sit there with a book and read all by herself.
