last trip to sea world

today was our final trip to sea world. desiree and her neice, reann, came with us. we decided that we would go see the waggin' tales show. it is a show where they take animals from the local animal shelter, and teach them how to do tricks. we got to the first showing nice and early so that we could get a good seat. too bad that didn't work out. we sat and sat and sat, and the announcer came on and said that the show was going to be cancelled. great all that time and no show. we were getting ready to leave, when they said they were going to bring out some of the animals. wow, i figured a dog. boy was i wrong. they brought out a mini horse, a few dogs, and a kangaroo. i was like, omg! we got to pet the kangaroo. the pictures aren't that great, but hey, it was neat! keira is really going to miss going out to sea world, i guess i will just have to take her to the pool when we get back to nc!

bbq at desiree's

this afternoon we went over to desiree's grandma's house for a bbq. while we were there, keira kept playing with the water fountain. she would get her hand wet and then wipe it on the grass. when desiree's nephew, renee, got there, they played in the fountain together.

imagine that...sea world

after going to mr. gatti's for keira's party. the whole family headed out to sea world. i finally got a picture of keira floating in the river.

happy birthday keira

today we went to mr. gatti's to celebrate keira's first birthday. we had a great time eating pizza, the cake michelle made, and playing games. i'd like to thank everyone for making it such a great day.

bob's clothes

while everyone was getting ready for keira's birthday party, keira went into sarah's room and got some of her clothes. i guess she wants to be a big girl.

hemisphere park

today we took the bus downtown. we walked around the mall, and went to all the little tourist attractions. of all the things for keira to get excited about, she loved looking at the pigeons and squirrels. every time she would see one she would start talking to them. it was too cute.

tug of war

i can't believe how much keira and franklin play with together. they are really going to miss each other when we go back to north carolina.

another trip to sea world

today we went to sea world...again. keira cant' get enough of it. she loves the water park. today sarah, or bob as she calls her, played in the kiddie area. sarah does such a great job with her.

at the mall

while we were at the mall today, sarah wanted keira to ride one of the rides. she loves to ride rides.

take me out to the ball game

this evening my mom, keira, and i went to the missions game. it is a minor leauge baseball team here in san antonio. keira did great. we ended up staying for 5 whole innings. that was much longer than i thought we would be able to stay

happy father's day

today, for father's day, we took my dad out to lunch at texas road house. keira had applesause and mashed potatoes for lunch. my mom tried to get her to eat some brocolli, but she didn't want anything to do with it. after we were done eating, our waiter said goodbye to keira, and she blew him a kiss. i have been trying to get her to do that for the longest time, and she did it to the waiter. it was too cute!

feeding franklin

after keira ate her dinner, she was playing on the floor. i gave her some of her puffs, and she thought that she should share them with franklin. i guess it is good that she like to share.
